[Promotion Schedule and Precautions]

[Coupon Details]
- Each coupon is valid until 23:59 on the same day, after which it will be automatically deleted.
- Please note that "Coupon is not valid" will be displayed when the first number of customers is reached.
- Each coupon is limited to one time use and cannot be used for more than one course.
- Coupons cannot be used for courses reserved in advance (including some courses whose videos have been partially released) and for some courses.

[Fixed-term course Refund]
- You cannot switch fixed-term course to an Unlimited Access Class.
- If you are interested in an Unlimited Access Class, please consider purchasing our Unlimited Access option.
- This event may be changed or removed without prior notice.
- The start date of the class is based on the payment date, regardless of whether you actually take the course or not.
- Fixed-term course cannot be extended, paused, or exchanged for Unlimited Access Class.

- For full refund eligibility:
① you must request the refund in writing to our support center (refund@coloso.us) within 10 days of purchase.
② you must have not consumed any clips of those 15 provided classes (orientation video not included).
③ you must not have downloaded our class materials.
- For partial refund eligibility (up to 70%)
① you must request the refund in writing to our support center (refund@coloso.us) within 10 days of purchase.
② you must have consumed less than 3 clips of those 15 provided classes (orientation video not included).
③ you must not have downloaded our class material

[Other Precautions]
- If a member interferes with the work of the 'site' by the following acts, the 'company' may restrict and suspend memberships
① Where the "Company" interferes with the business of the "Company" by purchasing "goods, etc." through the "site" and repeatedly canceling or returning them without justifiable reason;
